Aaron Mott


 With over 30 years in the Home Improvement industry, Aaron has extensive retail experience including purchasing, product development, merchandising strategy, category management, marketing and sourcing. He is an innovative executive offering outstanding presentation, communication, and team management skills. He is a results-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial attitude.

Aaron worked as merchant for 26 years at Home Depot. He was responsible for developing and implementing the Merchandising Strategy and Marketing Plans for Home Depot stores for categories that produced several billion in annual sales. He was also responsible for managing Product Line Reviews and new product roll outs. He has launched and established many new suppliers and programs over the years. He has made numerous trips to China and is very familiar with sourcing product overseas. He has formed many strong relationships with merchants and suppliers over the last 33 years.

Aaron has strong analytical skills and has a proven track record of driving financial performance and exceeding sales and profit goals. He has a strong understanding of the business and acts very strategically.

Kevin Mullins

  Kevin has been in the home improvement industry for almost 40 years. During his time in the industry he has spent a great deal of time entrenched in retail store operations and overseeing the success of some of the largest big box stores in the country. Kevin spent 15 years with The Home Depot in various roles. He was responsible for overseeing and making strategic buying decisions for over a $1.5 Billion category at The Home Depot. Kevin has strong negotiating skills and enjoys working hands on with buyers to educate them on new products and sales opportunities.

Kevin also worked directly for a manufacture to understand the nuances of the other side of the desk.

More recently he is an Innovative Products/ Sales Executive with a proven ability to create profitable programs through marketing, training, and partner relationships. His unique experience as both a merchant/ buyer and sales executive lead to product placement, effective sales management, and then working for a manufacturer until founding M&M Strategic Sales with his partner Aaron Mott in 2012.
